PARIS 2024 OLYMPICS, AUSTRALIA’S Artistic Swimming Olympics SCHEDULE

New-look artistic swimming team competition kicks off with United States eyeing podium

Rayna Buckle and Kierra Gazzard from the Australian Artistic Swimming Olympics will compete in the Paris 2024 Olympics alongside six other newcomers to the Summer Games.

Rayna Clasp and Kierra Gazzard will compete in the Olympics for the second time after competing in Tokyo 2020. Natalia Caloiero will be the team’s traveling reserve.

At the Big showdowns in Doha in February, the Australian creative swimming crew posted its most elevated score ever and won three decorations at the World Cup in China a couple of months after the fact.

The identities of the two swimmers participating in the duet competition have not yet been made public.

Paula Klamburg, a Spaniard who won a group bronze decoration at the 2012 London Artistic Swimming Olympics, is in charge of the group’s instruction.

Since around 1984, creative swimming has been a part of the Late Spring Games. The first three times it was introduced, this sport was played by women in the duet and solo categories. There will be two decoration occasions for imaginative swimming at Paris 2024: team and duet

Despite having won 210 swimming medals at the Olympics, Australia has yet to win one in this event.

From August 5 to August 11, the artistic swimming competition will be held at the Paris Aquatics Centre.
